Snapshot Metrics
The top of the dashboard displays six key metrics that update in real time as transactions flow in from your connected banks, payroll providers, and other integrations.- Cash (Caja) — Total cash across all connected bank accounts, converted to your reporting currency. Reflects cleared and pending transactions.
- ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) — Calculated from your recognized revenue schedule. Updates automatically as contracts are processed and revenue is accrued.
- Monthly Burn — Net cash consumed in the current calendar month, combining operating expenses and non-revenue outflows.
- Runway — Current cash divided by average monthly burn, expressed in months. Sintropix recalculates this figure every time a new transaction is reconciled.
- AP (Accounts Payable) — Total outstanding supplier invoices approved but not yet paid, across all entities.
- AR (Accounts Receivable) — Total outstanding customer invoices issued but not yet collected, across all entities.
Action Items
Below the Snapshot Metrics, Sintropix surfaces a prioritized list of items that require your attention. Each item is a clickable link that takes you directly to the relevant workflow.- Unreconciled transactions — Bank movements that have not yet been matched to a backing document or accounting entry.
- Pending invoices — Customer or supplier invoices that have been imported but are awaiting approval or posting.
- Contracts to approve — Revenue contracts from HubSpot or uploaded PDFs that are pending your sign-off before recognition begins.
- Pending journal entries — Manual or AI-suggested entries that have not yet been approved and posted.
Pinned Reports
You can pin any standard report directly to your dashboard so it renders inline alongside the Snapshot Metrics. The following reports are available to pin:- P&L (Estado de Resultados) — Income and expenses for any period.
- Balance Sheet — Assets, liabilities, and equity at a point in time.
- General Ledger (Libro Mayor) — Every posted entry, filterable by account, entity, and date.
- Cash Flow — Operating, investing, and financing cash movements.
- Navigate to Reports in the left sidebar.
- Open the report you want to pin.
- Click the Pin to Dashboard icon (📌) in the top-right corner of the report.
- The report now appears as a panel on your Financial Snapshot dashboard.
Multi-Entity View
By default, the Financial Snapshot dashboard shows a consolidated view — all entities aggregated into a single set of metrics using your chosen reporting currency. To focus on a specific subsidiary, use the entity selector in the top navigation bar. Switching entities updates every metric, action item, and pinned report on the page to reflect only that entity’s data. Switch back to All Entities at any time to return to the consolidated view.Erwin AI Assistant
