If your bank is not listed here, contact your Sintropix account team. Additional institutions are added regularly, and manual CSV import is available as a fallback while a native connector is in development.
What Bank Data Includes
When Sintropix connects to a bank account, it imports the following data for every transaction:- Date — the posting date as reported by the bank
- Amount and currency — the transaction amount in the account’s native currency
- Description — the raw memo or narration from the bank statement
- Counterparty — payee or payer name where provided by the bank
- Account balance — running balance after each transaction
Connecting a Bank
1
Open Integrations
Navigate to Settings → Integrations in the sidebar, then select the Banks category.
2
Select your bank
Browse the list of supported institutions or use the search bar to find your bank by name. Click the bank’s tile to begin the connection flow.
3
Authenticate
Depending on the bank, you will be redirected to the bank’s open banking portal to complete an OAuth authorization, or prompted to enter your online banking credentials directly. Follow the on-screen prompts to grant Sintropix read-only access to your account data.
4
Choose the entity
Select the Sintropix entity that owns this bank account. For example, select your Chile subsidiary entity for a BCI account held by that subsidiary.
5
Confirm and sync
Click Confirm. Sintropix begins importing transactions immediately. You’ll see a progress indicator in the Integrations panel as the initial sync runs.
