Sintropix connects to more than 100 financial data sources — banks, payment platforms, payroll providers, expense tools, and CRMs — so your accounting data flows in automatically. Instead of exporting spreadsheets or entering transactions by hand, you configure an integration once and Sintropix keeps your general ledger, reconciliation queue, and financial reports up to date continuously.

Integration Categories

Banks & Payment Accounts

Connect bank accounts and payment platforms across all your LATAM entities — Santander, BCI, Banco de Chile, BICE, Itaú, BBVA, Mercado Pago, Global66, and Mercury.

Payroll & Expenses

Import payroll settlements from Buk and Rankmi, and employee expense reports from Rinde Gastos, Xpendit, and Ramp directly into your general ledger.

CRM & Payments

Pull closed deals from HubSpot and Salesforce to drive revenue recognition, and capture payment settlements from Stripe and Mercado Pago for reconciliation.

How to Connect an Integration

1

Go to Settings → Integrations

From the sidebar, navigate to Settings, then select the Integrations tab. You’ll see all available connectors organized by category.
2

Find your provider

Use the search bar to find a specific provider by name, or browse by category — Banks, Payroll, Expenses, CRM, or Payments.
3

Click Connect and authenticate

Select your provider and click Connect. Depending on the provider, you’ll be prompted to complete an OAuth authorization flow (you’ll be redirected to the provider’s login page) or enter an API key directly in Sintropix.
4

Select the associated entity

Choose which of your entities this integration belongs to. For example, a Buk payroll connection may belong to your Chile subsidiary, while Mercury belongs to your US holding company.
5

Wait for the initial sync

Once connected, Sintropix begins importing data immediately. The first full sync — which includes historical transactions — may take up to 24 hours depending on the volume of data and the provider’s API limits.

Data Refresh

After the initial sync, Sintropix keeps your data current through scheduled background syncs. Refresh frequency varies by integration type:
  • Banks and payment accounts — sync every few hours throughout the business day so your cash balances and reconciliation queue stay current.
  • Payroll providers — sync daily; new payroll runs appear in Sintropix shortly after they are processed in your payroll system.
  • CRMs — sync daily; newly closed deals are picked up and added to your revenue recognition pipeline automatically.
  • Expense platforms — sync daily; approved expense reports are posted to accounts payable without manual intervention.
If you need the latest data immediately, you can trigger a manual refresh at any time. Go to Settings → Integrations, find the connected provider, and click Sync Now.
Each integration is associated with a specific entity. If multiple entities share the same bank (for example, two subsidiaries both have accounts at Santander Chile), connect the integration separately for each entity. This ensures transactions are attributed to the correct entity in your general ledger and consolidation reports.
Keep your integration credentials current. If an OAuth token expires or an API key is revoked, Sintropix will pause data sync for that connection and display an alert in your dashboard action items. Resolve the credential issue in Settings → Integrations to resume syncing. Gaps in data caused by expired credentials may require a manual re-sync to backfill missing transactions.
