Your CRM holds the contracts that drive your revenue, and your payment platforms process the cash that proves it. Sintropix connects to both so that revenue recognition happens automatically from closed deals, and every payment settlement is matched to the correct bank deposit during reconciliation — closing the loop between commercial activity and accounting.

CRM Integrations

CRM integrations power Sintropix’s revenue recognition engine. When a deal is marked as closed/won in your CRM, Sintropix picks it up, reads the contract terms, and builds the recognition schedule without manual input from your accounting team.

HubSpot

Sintropix connects to HubSpot via OAuth and pulls all Closed Won deals. For each deal, Sintropix reads the following standard fields to construct the revenue contract: Sintropix uses the contract value and term to calculate the monthly recognition amount, then posts deferred revenue and revenue recognition entries to the general ledger automatically each month.

Salesforce

Salesforce connects via OAuth and follows the same logic. Sintropix pulls Closed Won opportunities and maps fields to the revenue contract:
If your HubSpot or Salesforce deal structure uses custom field names that don’t match Sintropix’s defaults — for example, if your team tracks contract value in a custom “MRR” field rather than the standard Deal Amount — contact Sintropix support to configure a custom field mapping. Custom mappings are applied at the integration level and do not require changes to your CRM.

Payment Integrations

Payment integrations capture settlement data from your payment processors and feed it into Sintropix’s reconciliation engine. Each incoming payment and payout is matched against the corresponding bank deposit, so your cash receipts reconcile automatically.

Stripe

Sintropix connects to Stripe via API key and imports:
  • Payment intents and charges — each successful charge is recorded as a cash receipt against the corresponding invoice
  • Refunds — processed as credit notes and matched against the original charge
  • Payouts — each Stripe payout (the transfer from your Stripe balance to your bank account) is imported and matched to the corresponding bank deposit during reconciliation
This means that when a customer pays a Stripe invoice, Sintropix records the receipt, tracks the funds moving through your Stripe balance, and then reconciles the payout when it lands in your bank — with no manual steps.

Mercado Pago

Sintropix imports Mercado Pago payments and settlements, supporting transactions in MXN, CLP, ARS, PEN, COP, and BRL. Because Mercado Pago is used across multiple LATAM entities, you connect it separately per entity, and all transactions are recorded in the entity’s functional currency with FX conversion applied where needed.

Revenue Recognition from CRM

Once your CRM is connected, the revenue recognition workflow runs as follows:
1

Connect HubSpot or Salesforce

Navigate to Settings → Integrations → CRM, select your provider, and complete the OAuth authorization. Sintropix will immediately begin pulling Closed Won deals.
2

Sintropix imports closed deals

Sintropix reads each deal’s contract value, start date, end date, and billing cadence. New deals sync daily; you can also trigger a manual sync to pick up deals closed earlier in the day.
3

Review imported contracts

Go to Modules → Revenue Recognition to see all imported contracts. Review the recognition schedule Sintropix has generated — verify the contract value, term, and monthly recognition amounts are correct before approving.
4

Approve the recognition schedule

For each contract, click Approve to confirm the schedule. You can edit any field before approving if the imported data needs adjustment.
5

Sintropix posts entries automatically

Each month, on the schedule close date, Sintropix posts the deferred revenue release and recognized revenue journal entries to the general ledger. Your P&L and Balance Sheet update automatically — no manual entries required.
