Invoice Creation
You can create customer invoices in Sintropix in two ways:- Manually
- From a CRM Deal
1
Open Accounts Receivable
Navigate to AR → Invoices in the left sidebar and click New Invoice.
2
Fill in the invoice details
Enter the customer name, invoice date, due date, line items, quantities, unit prices, tax treatment, and currency. Sintropix calculates the total and tax breakdown automatically.
3
Review and issue
Preview the invoice, then click Issue. The invoice posts to the general ledger (debit AR, credit Revenue) and appears in the AR view with Outstanding status.
Automatic Payment Matching
When a payment arrives in your connected bank account, Sintropix matches it to the open invoice automatically — no manual reconciliation step required. The matching engine compares the incoming payment amount against open AR invoices for the same customer and currency. When a match is found:- The invoice status updates to Paid (or Partial if the payment is less than the invoice total).
- The journal entry posts automatically — debit Cash, credit Accounts Receivable.
- The payment appears in the reconciliation log with the match confidence score and the matched invoice reference.
Automatic matching works best when your bank feeds are connected and up to date. Connect your bank accounts under Settings → Integrations → Banks to enable same-day matching. Supported banks include Santander, BCI, Banco de Chile, BICE, Itaú, BBVA, Mercado Pago, Global66, and Mercury.
AR Aging Report
The AR Aging Report shows your total outstanding receivables grouped by how long they have been unpaid:
The aging report shows total outstanding by customer and by bucket, so you can identify which customers are consistently late and take action before balances become uncollectable. Filter by entity to see each subsidiary’s AR aging separately.
Revenue Recognition Link
For customers on multi-month or annual contracts, Sintropix tracks the connection between the invoice and the underlying revenue recognition schedule automatically. When you issue an invoice for a 120,000 hits AR as Outstanding. But only 110,000 is deferred. Sintropix holds that deferred portion in the Deferred Revenue liability account and releases it to Revenue each month according to the recognition schedule, without any manual journal entries. This means your AR balance and your Deferred Revenue balance always reconcile back to the same set of contracts, and your recognized revenue in the P&L reflects only the portion that has been earned in the period.Revenue Recognition
